1. On this website, you are not allowed to publish offensive content. Offensive content include, but is not limited to, overtly sexually explicit content, and content that contains offensive language, is unlawful, threatening, libellous, abusive, harmful, bigoted, racially offensive, obscene and/or harassing.
2. On this website, you are not allowed to publish content that encourages behaviour that may constitute a criminal offence, result in civil liability or otherwise violate any applicable local, state, national or international law or regulation.
3. On this website, you are not allowed to publish content that contains advertising or commercial messages.
4. You are not allowed to use this website to send messages of a commercial nature to other members.
5. You are not allowed to post copyrighted material on this website. This includes but is not limited to photographs, images and text. Should you believe that copyrighted material has been posted on this website you are requested to contact FreeChristianDating.co.uk with full details of the alleged copyright infringement including the member username and your contact details.
   

Special rules regarding photographs

1. Private Photos: The content of your private photos may not contain illegal, inflammatory or grossly obscene material. It will be at the FreeChristianDating.co.uk 's sole discretion to delete photos if so deemed. The FreeChristianDating.co.uk does not warrant the suitability of a member's private photos nor will we become involved in correspondence regarding their suitability.
2. You are not allowed to publish content that directly or indirectly alludes to child pornography or attempts to solicit communication with or on behalf of any person under the age of 18.
3. As mentioned above, you are not allowed to post copyrighted material, including copyrighted photographs, on this website.
   

Removal

1. Whilst the FreeChristianDating.co.uk reserves the right to delete or remove content deemed offensive by the FreeChristianDating.co.uk, the FreeChristianDating.co.uk does not guarantee that offensive material will be removed or deleted. Failure by the Freechristiandating.co.uk to remove or delete offensive content does not waive our right to remove or delete offensive content in subsequent or similar cases.
2. Whilst the FreeChristianDating.co.uk reserves the right to delete or remove content that violates our Terms & Conditions in any other way.
   

Harassment and Disputes

1. You may not harass any member.
2. You have to cease contacting any other member who has requested you to cease.
3. If you want to, you can 'block' any member by selecting the appropriate option in your profile “My Block List “ Blocked members will not be able to contact you via this website.
4. The FreeChristianDating.co.uk will not become involved in any disputes between members and does not provide any arbitration or settlement services should a dispute arise between members.
5. You alone are responsible for ensuring that your interaction with other members is lawful. The FreeChristianDating.co.uk advises you that there may be risks of dealing with members acting under false pretences or with criminal intent. We recommend that you read Safe Dating Guides.
6. Should you encounter behaviour that may be deemed harmful to other members you are requested to contact the FreeChristianDating.co.uk with full details and we may, if deemed appropriate at the sole discretion of the FreeChristianDating.co.uk, warn, suspend or delete the offending member's profile. Please note that the FreeChristianDating.co.uk has no intent or interest in getting involved in domestic or private disputes between members.
7. The FreeChristianDating.co.uk cannot control what happens between members once they decide to meet in person or have any other form of contact outside this website.
   

Modifications to Terms and Conditions

The FreeChristianDating.co.uk may modify these Terms and Conditions from time to time in its sole discretion.
